inserting the '&' Symbol into a column

Hi,

I need to insert a columns with
the below value through sql.

'TEmCO TRADING & CONTRACTORS'

As it contains the & symbol, it is not inserting the same,
but I need that symbol also to be inserted.


For your information, one of my developer told
that one of his record is not inserted through asp,
which contains the 'FOR' in a command column value.

Any idea how to solve the above two cases?
