Oracle9i Rel(9.2.0.1) on XP,Want to install 10g,Developer 10g i.e Forms,Rep

Hi,
I have a Dell notebook with WinXP running on it. I had installed Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options JServer Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production couple of months back. I want to upgrade to Oracle 10g and I want to install latest Developer suite i.e 10g but I want to use only Forms & Reports. Please let me know what are the steps involved. Do Ineed to uninstall previous version of Oracle? I have bad experience of uninstalling Oracle bcause next time if you try to install other version of Oracle, the setup doesnt complete and gives errors. Plz help in upgrade.

No, need to un-install Oracle 9i. Check Oracle documentation on database upgrade method.
Just as an fyi.. You will need atleast 1GB of RAM and large disk to install Oracle 10G and Developer Suite.
