I guess my database got corrupted and all of my data is showing as corrupted. Even the backup. I contacted Oracle about the situation but there was little they could do. Is there any way to save my information so it isn't all lost?

Do you have any backups at all for this database ?
How large is the database ?
Did you do a full export of the database before this incident occurred?
Are you running Oracle RAC for the database ?
