Job Description:
The Database Information Engineering Division is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Oracle RDBMS developer, designer and administrator to join our technical development team. Roles performed will include deployment of a database architecture over several classified networks, replication, implementation of Oracle Label Security and backup/recovery strategies and implementation. You will work with our team of dedicated professionals using latest Oracle technologies and will be involved with our customer to ensure correct requirements realization. You will be following our Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model – Integrated (CMMI) practices, such as participating in peer reviews, status reporting, configuration management activities, and supporting quality assurance audits. You will attend technical meetings and support customer briefings.
Required Skills:
ACTIVE TS/SCI is a MUST. Possess at least 10 years hands-on Oracle RDBMS development and administrative experience to include Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Backup, Recovery, Performance tuning and User administration. Must also have strong Oracle SQLPLUS and PL/SQL skills that include a thorough understanding of packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Must be experienced in Oracle 9i/10g on both Windows and UNIX platforms. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with the client and effectively with other team members. Development requirements include Java programming skills and web forms. Applicants selected must meet eligibility requirements for a TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Oracle Label Security and other security packages preferred.

Education:
BA in Math, Computer Science or equivalent/related experience
