Make sure that, no active table is in that TS. Then offline and drop it. Then delete if physically.
Make sure, if you do not have any users/schemas defaulted to the tablespace you are above to drop and alter those users to other tablespace if you do have...
Use 'INCLUDING CONTENTS' and 'CASCADE CONSTRAINTS' otherwise you get an error... if you have any constarints.
You can drop when its online. But, recommended to make it offline and then drop...
