Don't think there's any other method, other than adding either new groups or new memeber with the new size to the existing groups , then sitching the log files and knocking off the not active ones whose sizes u wish to increase.

I dont think you can even do that!
I think only option is u have to recreate it

No need. Just create new redolog groups with new sized members. Do switch and drop older redolog groups.
How to resize your redo logs.
1. Select which log file (group) you want to resize.
2. Make sure that it has been archived and not active.
*note if the redo log file is active simply do a log switch until it is no longer active.
3. drop the log file (group).
4. Go to the O.S. and drop the physical file(s)associated with the group you just dropped.
5. Recreate the log file with the new size.
Also, for the newbies.. DO NOT DROP THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME DO THEM INDIVIDUALLY!
I dare say this but..It's really easy in OEM.
The bottom line is this:
Where is size of the log group member controlled? In the create group statement. All members within a group are the same size. All groups do not have to use the same size among them.
Group 1 can have member sizes of 1MB each.
Group 2 can have member sizes of 100MB each.
Group 3 cannot have a member with 1MB and a member with 100MB. It's one or the other, when the group is created.
If you could have members of unequal sizes within a group, the smaller member would be the driving factor for when a log switch would occur. So the notion of adding a single larger member by itself is nonsensical.
If you want larger (or smaller) members, create a group containing the desired size. In a practical sense, it wouldn't be just one group because why would you want to have unequally-sized groups?
