ftp -ing without showing the userid and passwd ( mimicking secure ftp )

can anyone tell me where i can find VB script or Activex script that encrypt the userid and password
and later decrypt it and use to for ftp to send the document... my main concern is that the user id and password should be encrypted...

can it be written in activex script... and use it in dts package... please help me out..
