I have installed ora817 and Apache as web server which under a user account in Sun v8.0. In addition, I also installed Forms6i server and Report server with another user account. However, I unable to open Custom.pll using Form Builder Version is 6.0.8.11.3 in Sun.
When you open a library, the following error occurs:
PDE-PER001 Internal Error (SCABA 12)
