I am installing ORACLE 8 for windows NT.
I have installed the client part of it on a windows
98 and configured a service giving the host name,protocol
and the sid when i try to connect or test the service it gives
me this error ora-06413 connection not open what could be the problem.
Any suggetion regarding this issue would be appreciated
