Resulta que en algunas, solo algunas maquinas
me da el siguiente error,
Ora-0000
Og-01603 No se ha podido Crear Contexto para Pl/Sql Development Enviroment.
y luego
ORA-01009 Mising Mandatory Parameter
y no Funciona la Grafica ?
Sin embargo en otras maquinas funcina muy bien.

Y estoy enviando los datos al Grafico desde el bloque,
es decir realice la grafica en el forms como parte
