Oracle Migration Workbench license

Hi Guys,
I am planning to migrate an Informix db to Oracle 9i. Do i need to buy Oracle Migration Work bench for this because in my 9i db installation contains Oracle Migration Workbench which would only support MS Access db to Oracle.
Could any one help me out.

As far as I can see from http://otn.oracle.com/tech/migration...h/content.html Ingres is not supported by Migration Workbench....
