I keep getting a Proxy log on failed error when I try to log on to the portal after configuration. it tells me that the in the DAD my connectivity has a problem although in check it , it is correct.
Also the TNS is unable to coonect to destination, Invalid TNS address suppled or destination is not listening.
This is on a NT operating system
