Hi, I installed oracle 11g r2 in windows 7 platform.
later I installed oracle developer suite r2. It was installed successfully.
But If I try to connect to oracle 11g database from developer suite form builder
it is giving the ORA-12541 TNS:NO LISTNER error.
I checked the listner status and it is running.
plz suggest the solution
