Problem Description

We have recreated the system by making use of the cold back up of the Live
Environment.

We are able to logon to Oracle Applications. While trying to access the personal home page we get the following error message:

Error:

Service Temporarily Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Oracle HTTP Server Powered by Apache/1.3.12 Server at cassnieappstst.aviation.capital.ge.com Port 8800

Apache error log shows:

[Fri Sep 10 20:05:48 2004] [error] mod_plsql: /pls/live/oraclemypage.home HTTP-503 ORA-12538
We do not have this error on the live system.

All the Listeners are started in the Database.

Checked the wdbsrv.app file and found it to be okay. (connect string. user_id, password..)
