ORA-12516: TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol
Hi ,I am getting the following error,Increased the no. of processes too but of no use still getting the same error,so is there anything i need to check for.
ORA-12516: TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack.
