You can query the all_tables view - there is an owner field in that view.
From user end...
select object_name,owner
from all_objects
where object_name='XXXXX';
or
select table_name,owner
from all_tables
where table_name='XXXXX';
From dba end....
quary dba_tables,dba_segments,dba_objects.
