I am trying to install Oracle 8.0.5 client on Win-NT 4 (with service pack 6).
During installation ,i am getting an error
"FAILED TO CREATE SERVICE FOR ORACLE NET8 CLIENT".
Installation did't proceed further.
This error comes while installing "tnsap*.*" file by the installer.
I am sure some one can help me.

Why don't you try to install again and see if the same message occurs? We've tried to install Forms Developer 6i and always get that message the first time, but when we try again it is successful. Every other time it fails. Strange!
