RES files on Developer Suite problem

Hi,

I installed Developer Suit 9i and tried to startup the Forms Builder but an error message is poping up saying ; 'Error opening Oracle terminal-file c:\..\forms90\fmrNLw.res". This is probably a language problem but I do not know which file to overwrite for sure.

By overwriting files without knowing what to do, I can do more damage than solving the problem !!!

Can anyone help me out on this?

Which file(s) I have to overwrite and what are the specs involved?
( I'm using Orcale 9.2 ( almost default ) with a Dutch OS ( XPpro ) and a default installation of DEV suite )

Contacted Oracle for this but they could not give me a working sollution on this ( !!! )
