If you'r question is
which Index should you use, so as to spread update across entire index tree ?
Then the answer for this is Reverse Key Index

yes, it is Reverse key index, i got this question in A&A exam , i recently passed.

Reverse key index . Answer seems to be B tree index in normal case where leafs(index entries ) are distributed across but as it mentions optimum level of the variation of leafs on updation , reverse key is answer .
