Hi,
I am in need to install Oracle 8.1.6 Server EE on AIX 4.3.3.
I decided to test first on 8.1.6 EE NT. I edited and used svrtypical.rsp, dbca.rsp and net8ca.rsp found in the oracle cd to do a silent install.
the installation went without any error. but soon found taht the dbca,net8 comnponents failed. I then tried to do dbca separately to create db. But returned with error saying oracle
omponents are not properly installed.
What could have gone wrong.
Any help will be appreciated.
could someone send me sample svrtypical.rsp, dbca.rsp and net8ca.rsp so that I could compare my scripts .
