Come of our database users have been having connect problmes to the database at random times. The error in sqlnet.ora looks like this:
Fatal NI connect error 12537, connecting to:
(DESCRIPTION=(LOCAL=no)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=BEQ)))
