Error while copying table

I have attached a script which I got it from database A and ran it in database B. Got errors. Please find the attachment. I am trying to copy a table from database A to database B.

Did you have the ';' or '/' in between the individual sql statements in the original text? If not, then you're trying to run several creates together into one. You also have what appears to the create index prior to create table commands.

I found out the mistake. Two different sql statements have overlapped.

But I dont know how the script was made wrong as I got it from the already existing table.

Statements did not overlap, they are not properly terminated as pointed out by csimmons
