I am trying to start the oracle web listener, I can successfully start the wrb but when i
attempt to start the admin listener, I get the following error:

Cannot assign name to lock file!
Error: Companion oraweb process failed
OWS-08811: Unable to startup Oracle Web Listener `admin'.
Any suggestions? I am running oracle 8.0.5 on Solaris 2.6.
