Hi,
I tried to install the patch 8.1.5.0.2 on my Oracle 8.1.5.0.0. After the patch was applied some programs were missing like lsnrctl and tnslnsr...there were some errors in the logs, but I cannot figure out what to do about that. So now i cannot start my DB since these rpograms are missing.
Has anobody experienced problem like this with the patch? Why is this liek this? Are there some previous requirements that i need to have installed so i need first....
