updation --dml statement

Hi
when i update the table which has 10 rows but,i update only 2 rows .
if i want to know which rows had been upated latest.were should i see .how will i know which two rows of 10 rows were updated .

This I think is kind of hard to know. If you are looking for such senario, then do a select on the condition and then you will for sure know what are the rows that are going to get updated and then do an update. Other way to do this is fire a before update trigger and insert the old data into a temp table before you perform any kind of update. This is my one sense at this time.

no, no table with these changes. you will have to adopt one of sambavan's suggestions.

I think if you enable the auditing for the respective tables, you can see the modified information.

Or in 8i use logminer.
