time connection to

hi guys,

i need some clues about my problem :
Among many connections from the client side,
i notice a that some of them take to much time to get connected, and there is no frequency of this slowness.
my database is on an OPS using a sun system and configured with MTS.

your advise will be grateful.

try increasing the server and dispatcher threads. Also check your instance performance through running the oracle stats pack to check the where the performance bottle necks are at. Check your network contentions also.
