Can any one provide instalation steps/documentations for
How to install 11g Rel1 on window server 2003 active/passive [failover mode]cluster but without RAC installation?
We have already configures OS cluster but need to install oracle and configure it.

Do you have access to support.oracle.com? If so, there are several articles related to the various types of clusters. To answer your question would require a lot more information - like what is the cluster stack? what type of shared file systems etc..
On Windows? Not my production db.
