ORA-55567: Message 55567 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA

We observed the above error while starting the database after PSU 4 Patching(10.2.0.4).

Fix :
Set the parameter _first_spare_parameter to the value of undo_retention.

Have you setup Oracle Streams? This usually is a parameter that figures in such a setup.
