Unicode with forms/report 10g

Hi,

I am using oracle database 10g and forms/reports 10g.

For database paramaeters are

NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET = AL16UTF16
NLS_CHARACHTERSET = WE8MSWIN1252

Can you please help me to solve the problem.

If form back-end I update the value in MARATHI (Asian Lang.) font then it stores in database properly but If I try to retrieve through the form then it showing '¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿'.

If I try to type through form then it showing '????????' and storing same in database.

But I can type labels in unicode on canvas, but at runtime it showing squares.
