Listener problem TNS-12560

Hi,

After rebooting the server, Strangely the Listener is not starting.

I am getting the below error.

LSNRCTL> start PROD1
Starting tnslsnr: please wait...

TNS-12560: TNS: protocol adapter error


I deleted the listener, re-created again, re-booted the server Still the problem persists.

I am on Windows 2003 with db version 10.2.0.3

What is the error reported in the log ?
