Oracle Application Server 10g

Oracle Application Server 10g Release 3
OS : Solaris 10

After the installation when I tried to Oracle Application Server Logins

http://host_name:7777/ I get welcome page file, but it hangs when I do
http://host_name:7777/em

Any idea what could be problem?

proxy settings? service not running?

Opmnctl status :

OC4J --- alive
HTTP_Server --- alive
ASG --- Down

We don't use proxy.
