how to add form to responsibility menu in Oracle Apps

how to add form to responsibility menu in Oracle Apps..

Could anyone pls let us know the steps or site where we could look into.

Hi,

Go to

Application Developer -> Forms -> Register
Functions -> Name->Description->Type
Menu->Include inside the menu
Add the menu to the Responsibility.

It will do .
