the total of my SGA is 126590924 bytes, but when I look into the memory on the OS, it allocated more than this figure, I was wondering why????

post what you are actually looking at.
Not all memory usuage is part of the sga
SQL> show sga
Total System Global Area 126590924 bytes
Fixed Size 454604 bytes
Variable Size 100663296 bytes
Database Buffers 25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers 307200 bytes
SQL>
when I look into task manager, I saw that this database took 154,440K
pga memory
