Agent configuration Assistant Error while installing - 9i

hi

I have done oracle 9.2.0.4 installation of linux twice on red hat advance server 2.1

Database configuration assistant installation was successful

Net configuration Assistant is also successful.

Agent configuration Assistant installation failed.

what could be problem.

and if i dont have it what are the repurcussions.

hardwar conf - 36gb free space, 2 GB ram .

No agent no Management server.
Did u tried to find why agent configuration is failed?

now what is a management server here
