9i Server Installation Problem On Win 2K

Hi,

I got an error while installing Oracle 9.2.0 Server On Windows 2000 Desktop System. I have 256MB RAM, PIII 850 MHz. I'm connected to LAN.

Error : ORA-12571:TNS:packet writer failure (Oracle Database Configuration Assistant)

Do I need to setup/install any ??

Can any one suggest me.

That memory is just about enough.........
You would want a little bit ore there.
a single oracle database+jre+apache hog up about 200mb, then you have very little left..
