Its 4 months already!! My certificate did not arrived!!!!

Hi all,

I passed O9i DBA upgrade exam in July/2002 and i was expecting the certificate within 30 days BUT Its already 4 months and i'm getting same reply since July that your New certificate is printed and sent out on 25 Sept /2002 and it will be there within 30 days.

I'm tired of these messages as they didn't make it. I tried to call prometric and they said The ONLY way is just send email to [email protected] BUT This doesn't helping!!!

What you guys suggest?

Don't get too stressed.. it is only a certificate, of which, no-one will probably ever see. With that in mind, I'm not sure what else you can do except go back to your testing centre and talk to the represenative there.

I agree with you. Nobody asked to see it so far!!!!! But still its matter of their service. What we can do? Its MONOPOLY!!!! so what we expect now :(

Yeah my certificate arrived after around 5 months as well .

Send emails to [email protected] untl they answer.

Hi.

I sent several mail to that address with no luck. The only way I could get a certificate sent to me was by phoning Prometric and waiting while they typed in a new certificate request.

Make sure you check your address details with them!

The certificate will take about 30 days to arrive after they re-request it.

Don't worry, you'll end up getting several. I waited 5 months then got 3 in a two week period :)
