Backup Strategy?

Hi

I m developing a project for a Society ( working similar
to a Bank). The back end is Oracle 8i EE. I want to know
which BACKUP strategy I should implement ?

- Operating System
- Size of System

also kinda depeds on what backup methods you know

You need to consider
1. MTBF
2. MTTR
3. Down Time Teolerence.
4. Resources available.
