Hi All,
I would like to know what is this error all about and what are its causes. I always receive this error whenever I'm launching a time-activated process (data validation). If I run this process in manual mode, I didn't get this error. Could it be that another process is conflicting with this process?

Dear this is due to resource problems.
like memory bottleneck, no pf processes / sessions parameter setting in init.ora etc.
you may hv to enable 3G if ur using NT. also check the size of memory used by oracle.exe, if it is exceeding 1.7 u hv to go for 3G.
give feedback.
