i already created an orapw[SID] file in unix, but when i connect internal in svrmgrl it doesnt ask me a password.
what do i need to setup?

And it will not ask you because (probably) the user you log in as is in the DBA group.

As long as you (the user) are in the DBA group, you will not be asked for password as internal.
