Hi, I'm trying to isntall Oracle Designer 6i on to my computer, i'm using the tutorial from technet, but when i have created the new user the reposit owner and i have granted all privileges from the tutorial i have the next problem.
When i enter to the reposit administration tools with the reposit owner user the icon to install a new repository is not avaible, i have repeat all the installation tutorial a lot of time and wherever i have the same problem.
Can you help me? Thnx, and excuse my pour english.

During installation of Designer, you can choose to create a repository. Have you done this step?
There is a screen in the 6i installation that asks for the type of installation. You can choose to install only the client or the repository also.
