how do I do this database migration jazz?
let say that i have an 8.0 database currently running, but I want to upgrade it to 8.17.
do I first:
installed the 8.1.7 on that 8.0 server?
then, run the full database export?
once that is all done, which script do I need to run to do the upgrade?
I takin its in /oracle_home/rdbms/admin?
I'm now at this stuff, just want to learn.

Using exp/imp utilities if the database size is moderate(exp dump file is within file limits that OS support)
Using Oracle Migration utility.
