11i upgrade question, pls help

hello friends,

i am upgrading from 10.7SC ,database 7.3.4 to 11.5.3 and database is 8i

I have an Oracle and an APPLMGR account.

I started Rapid Install from ROOT per page 2-7 of the Installation Manual.
At 8% rapid install has stopped with an error
It is running
su Oracle -c /tmp /rapidinstall /ui /solarisruninstaller -responsefile
/tmp/rapidinstall/ravi/PROD8i.rsp

can somebody give a solution , i am waiting to proceed
