OCP DBA

I have questions for DBA gurus who are OCP.
What other knowledge do you need on yours job sites. I became OCP DBA in November but I don’t have experience.
OK, what does that mean?
That means I need more knowledge.
But how?
I am looking for some courses which about Oracle DBA but it seams that objective of every course is OCP DBA. But I am already OCP.
If you know any good course that I should take please respond.
And what should be right now right way for my career?
