Import to ocx or ole the microsoft agent using form6i

I need to put the microsoft agent to ocx and ole plz help me to to this..

microsoft agent is an animated character example merlin, robby ,genie and many more.

i'm using form6i and run in client server. this is my school and final requirements..

i badly need this.. plz help me..

error frm-40922 an ole error occured 0x80020003
