Again, I ask: can you see the test page when using l90servlet?
If your installation was successful, you should be able to start Internet Explorer on a networked PC, enter the URL shown below, and see the image below (not shown). The host name is the name of the UNIX node or host where you installed iDS (substitute your host name for “hostname” in the example below). If you are prompted to install Oracle JInitiator, follow the instructions to do so (it is a one-time step or process).
h ttp://hostname:8888/forms90/l90servlet (“L” 90servlet, not “one” 90servlet) (no space between h and ttp - did that so the board wouldn't make it into a URL)

Dear Sir: The following address with L90servlet:
http://l-baghdadi.Domain.com:8888/forms90/l90servlet
Showes in URL Page:
***********************************************
Oracle 9iAS Forms Services
The Forms Listener servlet is up and running.
***********************************************
But also the same error appeared, after I run the form.

What value are you using for serverHost? I'm sure you're server name is not "/forms90/l90serverlet:-1."

Sir, I noticed that the current problem is solved when I stop using Gateway of internet configurations which exist in (Tools=>Internet Options=>Connections=>LAN Settings=>Use a proxy…..).
But after I repeat using it, the problem back.
