Data warehousing resources

I have recently been given the task of developing a data warehouse from scratch. We currently use Oracle on a Sun platform.

So far the hardest part of the project is finding the people with a solid architecure/data warehousing background. We do not want to use consultants and are looking to build a department/ project team.

My question is, does anyone out there know of a specialized recuiting firm, web site or board dedicated to the warehousing professional. We're in the Northeast and I'm having very little luck with the standard job sites.
